RETURNS

We offer exchanges only, for our items, in a different size in the same style. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, please process a return and purchase your desired item.

Our exchange policy is for 4 days after order is received

 

EXCHANGES may be subject to a processing fee of up to $8 per item. Please email info@LYFS.life in order to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!

Any return/exchanges will be refunded via store credit in the form of a LYFS E-Gift Code. Credits are processed within 7-10 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. Worn items are not eligible to be exchanged.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Not at the moment. Our international site is being created as we speak, but at this time international shipping is unavailable (with the exception of Canada).

 

LYFS Shipping Time

Orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

USPS and other carriers are experiencing significant delays. We kindly request for customers to wait up to 14 business days from when order was shipped.

 

Due to the current pandemic, shipping on orders may be temporarily delayed. Your order may make an extra stop along the journey—rest assured that your package is on its way and that we're doing our best to get it to you.

How do I track my order?

 

To check the status of your delivery, input your order number to the Order Status Tracker here. Please note that orders will only be trackable once your shoes have shipped. The Order Status Tracker can also be found in the footer of our home page.

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer 3 different shipping options with USPS and UPS:

 

  • USPS Free Standard: 3-7 business days

  • UPS Expedited ($25) 2-3 business days

  • UPS Rush ($35) 1-2 business days
